Interventional Cardiologist
Dr. Mesa is an internationally well-renowned multiple board-certified cardiologist with over thirty years’ experience in providing specialized care for his patients, as well as educating fellow physicians in the field of cardiovascular medicine as a member of the Texas Heart Institute professional staff. His main area of interest is comprehensive cardiology, such as interventional cardiology, peripheral artery disease and phlebology.
Rakesh Shah, MD
Interventional Cardiologist
Dr. Shah is multiple board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Disease and board certified in Nuclear Cardiology as well as a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (FSCAI).
Rajan Kadakia, MD
Interventional Cardiologist
Dr. Kadakia received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia. Following a 3-year residency at the Baylor College of Medicine, he completed his cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowships at the Texas Heart Institute/St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital. He has been in practice since 2008.
Nadir Ali, MD
Interventional Cardiologist
Dr. Ali has over 30 years of clinical experience as an interventional cardiologist. He has a passion for preventive cardiology focusing on root causes of metabolic disorders like diabetes, obesity and hypertension. He has a substantial following through Eat Mostly Fat Nutrition & Nadir Ali MD, YouTube channels.
Siddhartha Acharya, M.D.,FACC
Interventional Cardiologist
Dr Acharya did his interventional cardiology fellowship at Weill Cornell Medical Center, NY. He is recognized by specialty boards for Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional and Nuclear Cardiology. He has been providing Cardiovascular care for 30 years.
Milind G. Parikh, MD
Cardiologist/ Cardiac Electrophysiologist
Dr. Parikh is multiple board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and a Fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society (FHRS).

Liz has held numerous senior leadership positions in multi-site, multi-state organizations in both publicly traded and privately held companies. Prior to joining Qoros, Liz served as COO of Axia Women’s Health. Liz earned a BA from Washington University and an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.

SVP of Growth and Partnerships
Jason has 20+years of partnership and M&A experience which resulted in successful physician practice management platforms and numerous healthcare facility joint ventures across GI, Autism Therapy, Primary Care and Kidney Care with companies such as PE GI Solutions, Healthcare Partners, and DaVita.
Matthew Lowe
Chief Financial Officer
Matt has over 20 years of experience supporting healthcare operations as an accounting and finance leader in the healthcare space, along with experience in public accounting. Matt is a CPA, holds a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional Certification, and earned an MBA from Northern Illinois University.
Yang Gao
Controller & VP of Accounting
Yang, a financial executive with a decade of experience, excels in managing accounting operations and enhancing financial processes. Holding dual Master's degrees from UT-Dallas, Yang is skilled in report preparation, analysis and strategic planning. Fluent in English and Mandarin, Yang serves as the controller at Qoros Health.

Our story began when 2 groups of physicians in Houston partnered with Chicago Pacific Founders to create Qoros. Guided by a commitment to preserve physician autonomy and to challenge the status quo, we are expanding our reach through communities across the US.
